Combined shipping costs instructions: For a combined shipping costs, when you buy 2 or more different items, do not click on "Buy it now". Click the ''ADD TO CART'' button for all items you want. After you have added all of your items to the Cart, go to the Cart and click on "Request total from seller"and wait for an invoice.  If items are paid one by one, the combined shipping does not work.

I only Ship to the address provided to me by eBay when you pay. I will not ship to a different address.
