This ribbon banding is sourced directly from manufacturers, production costume departments and authorised government disposal agents. It is obsolete and/or classed as surplus and complies with both Home Office guidelines on the disposal of emergency services uniforms and eBay rules on the sale of Government uniforms and equipment.
This obsolete traffic warden / parking enforcement hat ribbon is genuine UK surplus and is perfect for added costume authenticity and ideal for on-screen or display use. The peaked cap in the background of the image is not included and purely illustrates what the banding is for.
