Everything at Vintage Treasures and Oddities is previously owned, used, vintage, and/or antique. Expect items to have basic wear and any flaws beyond basic wear will be shown in the photos.

Shipping:

We will always ship within 24 hours of the next business day. However, once the item is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our control. Note: USPS/UPS/FedEx may experience delays due to weather, holidays, and other unforeseen incidents. I thank you for your patience in this area.

Payment:

The order has been placed once payment has been processed via eBay after agreement to purchase on the Buy it Now button. If we have negotiated a Best Offer price then we expect to be paid immediately or soon thereafter of the sale. If you have purchased something in error and would like to cancel, please request a refund ASAP, because we ship all the items usually same day or within 24 hours. 

Terms of Sale:

Purchase from Buy it Now requires immediate payment via eBay.  If we have agreed to a best offer price, then you are obligated to purchase the item. We request that you pay immediately in order to expedite the shipping process. If not, within 24 hours or we will reconsider the best offer and may pull that item back. 

If you made a mistake in ordering, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to work with you and to avoid shipping charges or restocking fees!

Communication is paramount in the negotiating process. 

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds will be granted up to 30 days on items that have not been opened or on items that are not missing items or are damaged.  If a return is necessary, then you must get an approval and a return authorization number before the item returned.  In the event of a negotiated return, once we receive the item unopened, without damage or missing parts/items then a refund will be given via eBay payment processing. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking & handling fee.
