Returns:All sims come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If there is a fault with the sim, please get in touch and let us know what the problem is, and we will arrange a replacement sim at no cost to the buyer once we have received the faulty sim (with original packaging and contents), as long as the issue is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.We can only accept a return for a full refund if the security seal on the side of the sim has not been broken and the item has not been used.
