Vintage chalkware wall plaque, a beret wearing Frenchman dubbed Jacques by the manufacturer Legend Products of England. Superb detail. Measures about 5" tall with metal loop on back for hanging. Marked "Made in England" on bottom.

Condition: not perfect. Some flakes and spots of paint loss as seen in photos. If you have sufficient artistic skill, you could restore this, or , if you are like me, you could enjoy it as is.
