This is an adorable little solid head Belton doll of unknown origin.  She has a 5-piece papier mache body which appears to be in good condition although there appears to be a crack on the left leg, it does not go all the way through and seems to be only on the surface.  We did not get a close-up of this but will do so if the buyer desires.  She has painted stockings and shoes that appear to be the original paint without touch ups.  Her arms and legs are wired through her body and all appear stable and moveable.  She has been dressed in dark pink bloomers with a matching slip.  Her dress is a very thin Batiste through which the darker slip shows through making the dress seem like it has multi colors of pink in it.  Tiny ribbons attached to the upper bodice flow down the dress in a shower of pinks and blues.  The dress is very full-bodied, almost like a baby-doll dress, very pretty for this particular doll.  She has a very long human hair wig, wig is older and hand-wefted.  We have made a thick braid of it and tied it with a darker pink ribbon to match her underthings and compliment the shading it lends to the dress, but it can just as easily hang loose and full.  The wig is gorgeous.  These dolls do not come up for sale very often and we had a fight with ourselves not to keep her.  But she is too precious not to offer others to enjoy!
