RALPH LAUREN Cote D'Azur Indigo Blue Cotton Floral FABRIC 78 Inch by 97 Inch

Beautiful large extra wide piece of home decorating fabric - at 78 inches wide - it is about twice the width of normal fabric. The photo of the fabric on the table shows the width folded in half. It is medium weight high quality fabric with an almost waxy touch on the right side. The back side doesn't have the waxy feel but just feels like cotton. One edge of the width has the original selvage. The other edge of the width has loose threads and needle holes from a short lived serger seam that was evidently ripped out (see photo). Regrettably I do not know the history of this piece or how the seam came to be ripped out.

The fabric is in very nice condition with a ever so slight sheen showing through the deep indigo color. The simple two tone floral pattern appears to have been stamped on from the top surface and goes all the way through to the wrong side. The fabric edges are not frayed and the piece is nice and crisp and clean. No evident fading or wear or flaws. Many wrinkles from being folded and stored.

The first two photos were taken in natural sunlight to try and show this fabric's deep blue color! It would make beautiful curtains for a large window or a gorgeous whole cloth Provincial style bed quilt!
