All products are ready in stock and will be shipped out same day if paid before 2.30pm on most working days. AU shipment usually takes around 3-6 BUSINESS days.

Most goods will be sent with a tracking number. You could find it in your 'My eBay' drop down menu – 'Purchase history'. 

All items are shipped from our AU warehouse via AU post unless otherwise stated.

We will use your eBay shipping address as the delivery address. If you would like to change the address, please send us an message on eBay before sending payment and leave a note. Then, we will be able to change it for you manually.

If any of the goods received appear visibly damaged or different to what was described, please message us as soon as possible upon its arrival. Please remember to attach a photo of the received item in the message and we are happy to arrange an exchange.

We only accept payment from eBay and PayPal.

We endeavour to provide the best possible customer services, but before purchasing take care to read item descriptions for the guidelines and instructions.

About product damage:

1. Please reject the parcel for returning back to sender if the parcel is presented to you instead of being left on your porch and you can see right away that it has been damaged in transit.

2. Upon accepting damaged merchandise, please immediately report the damage to seller with detailed notes as well as snap photos of both the compromised packaging and the broken products. This may help to determine whether the package was improperly handled and damaged in transit. Please note reporting of damaged goods after 48 hours of arrival (according to tracking) will not be accepted, please report the damage as soon as you receive the goods.

If your item isn't working properly, please report the problem to us via eBay messages within 30 days from the date of receiving. We will provide you the instructions of receiving a replacement or how to return your item for a refund if the product is confirmed to be defective. 

If you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error, we will only refund the item price upon receiving your returned parcel. The buyer should take the cost of return shipping charge. 

Before sending the item back, please request a return through eBay. You will find this in your purchase history on 'My eBay' drop down menu – 'Purchase history'. Please include inside the packaging your eBay ID, purchase date and reason for return. And it is much appreciated if you would send us a tracking number to confirm the return. This will ensure we know your item is on its way and therefore reduce the handing time. 

All returned parcels will be examined before we precede a refund or exchange. It may take up to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation message when we finish the examination. 

Please give us an opportunity to solve any problems/queries before you leave Neutral or Negative feedback and open eBay or PayPal dispute case.
