Returns

Please contact us before you ship the item back.
Defective situation must be reported to us within 3-5 days attached with the pictures.
Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with original package and please return the item within 14 days from the merchandise is received.
We will send new replacement or refund once the item is received. If it is refunded, only item's listing price is refundable, shipping and required insurance fees are not refundable.
