Product Warranty and Returns
Returns are accepted upon cancellation within 14 days. This product is covered under 30 days RTB (Return to Base Warranty). During warranty period, we will repair the item or replace with similar product free of charge. During Warranty, Buyer pays postage charges to and from the seller. Once we fix the issue, We send it free of cost
Note: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us in original condition.

LEVEL3COMPUTER WARRANTY:
All Our computers come with 12-month Return to Base (RTB*) warranty from the date of delivery which will cover hardware faults. This does not cover any software issues or accidental damages.
If you are not happy or satisfied with the product, or in an unlikely event you would like to return the product, we offer our customers a 14-days free return or replacement policy.
Batteries for laptop are not covered, as they dissipate power over the time. At the time of purchase, we grantee 30 Min back time on batteries.
Please note that it is recommended to have surge protector for the computer, so that the power supply/other hardware components in the computer get faulty.
Once we fix the issue, We send it free of cost

This product works excellent (No pressure marks/No scratches on screen). Screens have been taken from a working environment and have been tested thoroughly prior to dispatch. Due to prior usage, screen may have with possibility of 1or2 dead pixel , screen casing or stand may have minor cosmetic marks, but this does not have any effect on the working of the screen. Covered by 12-month RTB hardware warranty.
