• Each stick of CoffeeSLENDER® (2.2 g) contains 0.2 g of green coffee extract of
– > 50 % chlorogenic acid,
– < 0.2 % caffeine
– <2 ppm of cafestol + kahweol .
• CoffeeSLENDER® contains 3 times more chlorogenic acid per cup (200ml) than ordinary coffee powder.
• Roasting processes drastically reduce the amount and structure of chlorogenic acids in coffee beans. This
may explain the differences in physiological effects.
