Top:  A single strand/thread of elastic 6" from the bottom edge gives the indication of a waistline.  3" ribbed sleeve finish.  Front placket extends downward 13 1/2" having 7 faux pearl buttons.  Shoulders are padded (easily removable).  Sleeves are pleated where they are attached to the garment, having an open knit design.

Skirt:  Hand or Machine wash warm water gentle cycle use no bleach do not wring down dry flat.   The skirt has one seam to be worn on side or back?  1/2" finished edge as hem.  waistband 1 1/2" turned ribbed elasticized.
