This rare Capcom promotional vinyl bank is 7.5" tall, 7" wide and 6.5" deep.  It's in good shape with a little wear and it is complete with stopper.  The two parts of articulation are in the arms which have a little room for movement.  The only markings are on the bottom say, "Capcom 1997"
