Please only order by part
number. Ordering by model and/or board numbers will result in an incorrect part
order in many cases. Often times the numbers on circuit boards are for the
boards themselves minus components. A given “Board” can be used in many
different units with different components mounted, jumpers installed, different
connectors, and pre programmed instruction sets. Many models have
multiple versions and can use more than one set of parts and/or panels.
If you have any questions,
we’ll be glad to assist you “during our business hours listed below” by email before purchase, but if you order the
wrong part and it doesn’t resolve your problem please don't open a case saying
the part is broken or the item is not has described that will affect the seller
performance and we work hard to offer you a good service.

technicians with experience. We are not responsible for incorrect installation
or damage due to inexperience. If you receive a part that does not fix your
problem, it does not mean the part is defective; there are likely other issues
with your device.

Shipping and Handling
Please make sure your shipping address is
correct before payment is made. We cannot promise to see messages before
shipping. Orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days and may
ship within 24hrs after confirmation of payment, excluding weekends and
holidays.
Shipping method is at our discretion; we use
USPS, FedEx & UPS and eBay’s Global Shipping Program for the actual
shipping rate. If you are viewing an item with multiple quantities available,
please be aware that the item you receive may vary slightly from the item
shown, but will be in the same working condition.
Payment Policy
Payment through PayPal only.
Contact requested within 2 days unless
other arrangements are made, receipt of payment required within 3 days of
auction's end.
We only ship to the CONFIRMED ADDRESS
LISTED WITH PayPal - No Exceptions. EBay & PayPal account
addresses can sometimes be different. If in doubt about your address status,
check your PayPal account street address to see if it is confirmed & if
it’s the address to which you want your item shipped.
Bidders with no (Zero) feedback MUST contact me
regarding intended method of payment before buying or bidding. Otherwise, we
reserve the right to cancel those bids as well as bids made by people with
excessive numbers of negative feedbacks.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Please Note: In the case of parts
damaged in transit with insured packages only shipped via, UPS, FED EX, the
buyer must retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of
receipt so that we can open a claim with the shipping agent. Photos of damaged
parts and/or packaging are helpful. USPS usually not insured
due to the low cost shipping rates to try and save you money.

are marked prior to shipment for positive identification.
