Vintage PRAKTICA MTL 5B made in Germany

A nice vintage 35mm SLR camera by Praktica

In excellent cosmetic condition, not working at all

A battery did nothing, shutter is locked, timer seems to work

The PENTACON 50mm 1.8 lens is in good cosmetic condition, no scratches or fog, but focusing is stiff and the aperture doesn't respond
