SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items ordered by 5.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders between 3.30pm and 5.30pm may be dispatched the same day.

We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD couriers for our deliveries, depending on the location and type of premises (commercial or residential). The parcels can be tracked as appropriate through appropriate websites.

We only dispatch without any exception to address registered with eBay.

We do not offer any collection or pickup service. Please note, our shop prices may be higher than our eBay prices.

Q. What happens if the goods are lost or damaged in transit?		A. If you report to us by email about damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, we shall replace it for you. If the product fails to reach you within a reasonable time then we shall dispatch another one as soon as possible.
