Simplicity 3320.  Pattern to sew the dress with wiggle or rockabilly shirt options shown on the envelope front.

Size:   Junior 13--33/25.5/35

Vintage:  Mid-1950's to early 1960's.  (The years when Simplicity did not date their patterns.)

Condition:  Pattern is cut, complete.  Pattern envelope has ripping, wrinkling, and yellowing typical for a paper item of this vintage. There is some tape residue.
