We offer free delivery in the UK! Unfortunately we are unable to ship items outside of the UK.
Customer Services
Guarantee: This product is backed by our 24 month guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will be pleased to offer a like for like replacement or refund. A refund will only be issued once the items have been returned, and inspected. Please keep the original envelope you receive the item(s) in and we will provide a paid postage label for the return of faulty products. We will require an initial correspondence by email explaining the reason for the return in order to start the returns procedure.
Returns: We offer to refund unwanted / unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We kindly ask that the items were bought from Printer Basics and are returned in their original condition. We recommend asking your post office for proof of postage as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without it.
Order Processing: Our guideline delivery time is Standard Royal Mail 1st class. We aim to offer a quick and efficient service and deliver your order to you as soon as possible. If your purchase is completed before 5:30pm GMT Monday - Friday, your goods will be shipped on the same day, subject to order volume.
Pictures: The picture of our product on this listing will closely represent the product you receive. The only difference may be the labelling of the product due to the number of different suppliers we source from. You should use the auction title & description to make your purchasing decision.
Lost in post items: We endeavour to dispatch all of our items as quickly as possible. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver your items. If an item is thought to be lost in post, we kindly ask you to check if your item is being held at your local Royal Mail sorting office. If they have nothing for you, we are obliged to wait 15 working days from the dispatch date until we can resend your order. Royal Mail will not accept claims from inside this 15 day period.
