This item is an Antique Derby S.P. Co. #2546 Silverplate Repousse / Embossed Tall Candle Holder.  Has Figures on the base - six (3 each) as shown in pictures #3 & #4.  Measures approx. 12" tall x approx. 4 3/4" on flatsides of base side to side.
