In order to make the removal of the original stick more smooth, it is a good idea to use a little silicone oil or WD-40 and slowly turn the original hollow steel stick  OUT

It could still use original hollow steel stick to recover dragonzord's shoulders

note:

I'll give you two cutted solid steel sticks with each one black part as the last picture 

in case you lost original hollow sticks

Q: Is this a remold of the original part? 

A: No, it is a handmade prototype and then remoulded. The material is harder than the original part. The original part will crack almost as soon as it is disassembled, so it is impossible to remove it intact and remold it.
