  • A DELIVERY DAY - NOT TIME: Our discounted rates require you to be home 9am-6pm on the day of delivery. Perhaps a business address is more convenient for you. Simply change your address in eBay checkout.
  • AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: The courier service we use gives their drivers the authority to leave the item if they deem it to be safe to do so.
  • ASSISTANCE: Courier may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle. Our couriers deliver to the property entrance only.
  • NO PO BOXES: Signature is required
    • Provide your complete address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.
    • A redelivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
  • We process orders fast with 98% of items dispatched within 1 business day. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Once your item reaches the nearest depot, our Courier partner will contact the nominated receiver via email to provide delivery updates. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery.

We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-towners, etc may either user a different delivery address or choose pick up option.

Prearrangements are essential. Collection is available from our NSW warehouse at Seven Hills. Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (excl. public holidays). Pick up location may vary depending on the availability of the stocks. Payment must be made prior to arrival. No products are on display.
