Vintage 1980s Yonezawa Cheetah X-1 Wavehunter RC Radio Remote Controlled Car Lights

A lovely rare Yonezawa Cheetah X-1 remote controlled car with Wavehunter controller. I put some batteries in and the lights came on and when turned upside down the wheels went round though it would not go when turned the correct way round, also the remote was not turning the wheels though when you turned the car on the wheels moved from left to right briefly, so sold for spares or repair. Otherwise it's in very good condition with minor age related wear, it is missing one wing mirror and there is some minor wear to decals, the tyres are in good condition. The remote control battery cover is missing its latch so comes off, it is currently held in place with some sellotape
