Lamp is in good condition.

I tested the lamp and it works. I would replace the cord if I was going to use it. The cord is very stiff and brittle.

The wall plate is ceramic and has two brown dogs with a brown shoe and yellow cushion. 7" tall X 6" wide X 1/2" thick.

There is a metal bridge to the lamp which the cord runs in.

There is an on/off knob on the botton of the lamp. The lamp housing is plastic.
