This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The floor plan is open & spacious for a comfortable size house. The kitchen has an island bar. The master bedroom has a nice size walk-in closet. The master bathroom is designed for a seamless shower/tub unit, and also has a double sink vanity. The other bedrooms each have a study alcove for a desk, or to use this area for a chair or other piece of furniture. The laundry room is located conveniently upon entrance from the garage.
This plan is recommended for a spacious, yet economical style house. It can be built with 8' or 9' walls. Plans for a really nice home!!
