All orders for this item ship via UPS Ground. The cartons will be properly wrapped for transport. You will receive tracking information once the product leaves the seller’s location. It is recommended that you purchase 10% overage to account for design cuts, breakage, waste, and patterns. An additional 15% overage is recommended for herringbone patterns. As tile is fragile and will be exposed to movement and vibration during transit, there is the possibility of breakage upon arrival.  If there is significant damage, please take photos and have the damage noted on the delivery receipt. A claim with the freight handler will then be filed and replacement tile sent if it is still available.
Contact seller if purchasing multiple cartons of tile. Large orders may require specialized shipping.
Legal Disclosure. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST: Shade variations and /or defects discovered after installation of the tile. Abrasion on installed material; slipping, mishap, or other injury due to the surface characteristics of the tile. Seller cannot be responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond its control, including delays in shipping. Inspect product before installation. Payment and installation constitute acceptance. No returns or refunds. All sales are final. No claims will be accepted after material has been installed.
