You are looking at a gently handled 12-piece

CIRCO WOODEN TRAIN and WOOD BLOCK

toy set.  This includes the two train cars, each with four red wheels and three rods sticking up for holding the ten painted wooden blocks that come with this.  Very good condition, with just a couple of the blocks having minor surface scratches and faint scuffs.  Bottom of the engine car is marked with:
