Driven 2 Automotive DA-31 / Bosch 044 Inline Fitting Kit
Crafted from aerospace grade quality components, this fitting kit allows a 15mm inlet fuel hose and an 8mm outlet fuel hose to be attached to the popular Bosch '044' and DA-31 fuel pumps, as well as many other Sytec manufactured units. 15mm Inlet Adapter
The inlet in this kit is machined from high-grade aerospace certified aluminium and anodised blue for maximum protection to the elements. It features an M18 x 1.5mm thread and a barbed hose fitting (suitable for a 15mm inlet fuel hose) with sealing washer.
The crucial advantage this fitting has over others on the market is the linear internal diameter of 12.5mm that helps to achieve the quickest possible flow rate on the inlet side of the pump, this in-turn allows the pump to operate to it's maximum potential.

Banjo Fitting
Our custom manufactured fuel pump banjo fittings are crafted from high grade steel and machined to aerospace tolerances. The mounting internal diameter of 12mm will fit onto the 12mm outlet of most Bosch and Sytec fuel pumps, as well as our own manufactured DA-27 and DA-31 pumps. These fittings are suitable for 8mm or 5/16? fuel hoses and allow the outlet check valve (one way valve) to be retained on the pump.
The barbed finish ensures secure fitment for fuel hoses and we also provide two copper washers and a M12 x 1.5mm banjo cap nut.

- Both fittings will fit any M18 x 1.5mm inlet threaded fuel pump with an M12 x 1.5mm outlet, you can use a thread gauge to measure your pump.
