These postcards were originally published by the Great Northern Railroad in a set of 10 different postcards of Blackfeet Indians. The original portraits are by Winold Reiss. This portrait was also published by the Great Northern Railroad on their 1944 Empire Builder calendar. The Blackfeet Indian Reservation adjoins Glacier National Park in the Montana Rockies. "Clears Up" was one of the most picturesque figures in all tribal ceremonies. "Lazy Boy" was noted for his daring as a warrior and big game hunter. "Angry Bull" was a skilled dancer and took a prominent part in the ceremonial life of his people.  Frames range from 7" x 9" to 8.25" x 10.25."
