CHECKOUT & SHIPPING / RETURNS / AUCTIONS / ETC… 

Confirm your cart before proceeding with purchase & that your registered shipping address is correct at check-out.  Alternate shipping dates cannot be accommodated & local pick-up is not permitted.

Purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery tracking usually by next available business day (excludes holidays & weekends) after completed transaction.  Seller is not responsible for shipping carrier issues or shipping delays that may occur. 

Shipping discounts cannot be offered for shipping charged items, as shipping carrier service rates are based on weight. Items that offer original seller paid ‘free shipping’ are only for United States delivery transactions. 

INTERNATIONAL SALES: (for eligible items) are shipped ONLY through ebay’s Global Shipping Program.  All postage costs are quoted directly through ebay’s shipping program & not from seller.  Items are initially processed through a United States based ebay shipping center, & may get delayed in customs due to: destination, custom laws, etc…. Packages are tracked during shipping process.

RETURNS:  Please verify return policy per each listing posted prior to purchase, as clearance items, auctions, & certain categories; sales are final & returns are not accepted.  Per ebay return policies on items that qualify for return acceptance: return requests need to be processed through ebay’s site to be applicable for transaction refund.  Falsifying return claims and/or attempting to manipulate transactions are forbidden acts on ebay.  Accepted returns MUST be in their original shipped condition, including packaging & any attached tags to qualify for return acceptance. Once received & inspection approved, payment will be refunded within two days to process per the applicable terms associated with the original purchase transaction.  Any alterations, removal of tags, missing parts, or any damage caused to return item will render it unacceptable for refund. If returned item appears to have been worn/used or is not in original shipped condition, seller has right per ebay seller rights policy to apply a 15-50% deduction fee & only a partial refund will be credited for the loss in the item's value. Disregard of return policy, items refused at initial delivery, or noted: return to sender, cannot be approved for refund.

AUCTION & OFFER ACCEPTED LISTINGS:  Per ebay policies; Buyers are responsible for any bidding activity on auction items!  Bids made & auctions won are a legal binding transaction & buyer is responsible for all associated bidding activity &/or purchase.   Winning auction items & offer accepted items need to be paid within current ebay policy timelines.
