Here we have a custom made Wallet Chain which consists of two Titanium (Ti) carabiners. The sizes are:
Large size (2.55in/65mm (L)] x [0.98in/25mm (W)] x 0.20in/5mm (Thickness) and (Small size (1-7/16in/36.51mm Length).
The Rotating Piston Skull and two carabiners are made of titanium and is in it’s natural titanium silver/grey color. The stainless steel Heavy Skull Link chain by itself measures 21in/533.4mm length and 0.47”/12mm wide links and is in a brushed silver/vintage matte black color. The The total length for this Biker Wallet Chain is 25.5in/533.4mm.
This is an awesome Wallet Chain which is well put together. All of the components are top notch and high quality products. This is one solid Biker Wallet Chain weighing in at a hefty 6.3oz.
Most of my titanium pieces and brass hardware are custom made by me using either a Lathe Mill Drill Press combo machine or a CNC Machine. Each and every piece is physically/visually checked by me. My standards are high and any imperfections or defects goes to the file 13 bucket which is the trash can 🗑.
My choice of material was titanium for the main components being: Carabiners and Frankenrobo Rotating Piston Skull 🤖. My decision to use titanium was based on these positive factors: Lightweight and strong - It has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metallic element. It weighs almost the same as aluminum but is stronger than steel. Corrosion resistant - It is highly resistant to corrosion even in sea water and chlorine. Biocompatible - It is non-toxic, non-allergenic and perfectly compatible with the human body. Durable- It is more durable than gold and has become a popular choice for designer jewelry.
WHAT IS TITANIUM? Titanium is a lustrous transition metal widely used by the aerospace industry due to its ability to withstand the harsh condition of outer space. It has also become popular with medical manufactures since it is completely non-toxic to the human body and can be safely implanted in the body.
As with most of my keychains that I make, all of the materials used are corrosion resistant so it will last for a very long time.
I use Loctite Blue on all of my keychains that I make. Loctite Blue is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners and secures nuts and bolts from accidental loosening.
