This is for a NEW Stanford Cardinal 100% cotton throw pillow cover with pillow form insert. The cover measures 16" and hold a 14" pillow form because there is a 1" decorative band around the entire pillow. The cover is easily removable and washable because it is open with an overlap on the back!
