When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new, unused, in the original packaging with tag attached) then we will request a cancellation of the transaction through ebay.  Once the item is cancelled, your refund will be given. Refunds are less original cost to ship the product (this includes free shipping items) unless the mistake was made by the seller.

Returns that have any signs of use or handling will NOT be accepted and no refund will be given.

We are not responsible for pictures shown incorrectly on your monitor.  No refunds will be given for incorrect fit, color, or buyer’s remorse.

We provide fast shipping! Your item will be shipped within 2-5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail. UPS can NOT deliver to PO boxes, so please provide us with a physical street address. Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are HAPPY to combine shipping on items that can be combined.

We cannot offer Flat Rate or Free Shipping to HI, PR and AK. Please email us for shipping rates to HI, PR and AK.

Signature at delivery may be required for some items over $250.

International bidders:

We do offer SOME of our auctions to international buyers. Shipping charges in the listing only cover the US shipping costs.  Extra shipping charges are required for international destinations. The customer is also responsible for any custom charges incurred.
