Together with the shade, the lamp stands 33 inches tall.  The sailor measures 21 inches tall.  The base of the lamp measures 7 inches wide.  The base of the shade measures 13 1/2 inches in diameter.

This vintage collectible is in good working condition.  It is powered by an electrical cord.  There are a couple of paint chips near the base as well as some paint crazing (see photos).
