Note clasp is marked 1/20th 12K GF.   The chain has some gold plate worn off.  Some of the charms are marked GF but some are not marked.

Appears to be missing one of the charms (note empty ring next to the heart locket, note 3rd photo).  

Will have signs of wear from age and use.
