Shipping
The time from payment to shipment of goods is 2 to 15 business days maximum,
excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please understand since we have many order to ship and check in our shop in Japan also.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for shipment after an order has been placed, before the due date, questions regarding the shipping date, or carrier specifications, as these will interfere with our business operations.
If you have any requests or questions, please be sure to contact us prior to purchase.
We will ship it in a package that prevents it from breaking, scratching, and getting wet.
Items with the words "with tracking or w/tracking" in the Condition description or in the title will come with a tracking number 100 percent of the time.
For items that do not have such a statement in the Condition description or Title.

Depends on custom in your country also.
If an item is returned
Basically, there is no reshipment fee, and if you want a refund, we will give you a full refund.
However, if the reason for the return is due to the purchaser's fault (e.g., incorrect registered address, expiration of storage period, etc.) or for the purchaser's convenience, we will charge a reshipment fee.
Also, if you wish to receive a refund, only the item value will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
The shipping cost here is not the shipping cost collected on the item page, but the actual shipping cost.
