VTG PAIR OF ROYAL DOULTON COBALT AND GOLD VASES URNS 7.25 INCHES TALL.

These exquisite vases/urns are a rich cobalt blue. The center band has a gold, raised pattern background with white flowers. One vase has a small repaired chip on the underside of the lip. I have tried to show this in the photos. The vases are 7.25 inches tall and are 4 inches at the widest. The bottoms of the vases are stamped: ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND 6942 and what appears to be a C. Two other painted marks appear to be either an N or a Z and an I with a line across the middle. I tried to date the Royal Doulton pottery marks. C marks from 5931-7070 were manufactured in 1894-1895. The number on the bottom of these vases is 6942. Please see the photos for additional information.
