This is a used mower deck tension arm and idler pulley from a Honda HT3813, also fits the HT3810. There are two styles of mower deck for the HT3813/3810, be sure to use the part numbers as your guide.

There's surface rust on the arm but the pulley turns freely.

A bit of grime.

Lube that pivot before you install, you should get some good life out of it yet.

These parts are no longer available new (except the pulley, that's like $70).
