Shipping
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions, please see postage and payments tab to check if we post to your country if your country is not listed then unfortunately we do not ship there. all UK shipments have the option of free delivery, single rolls are sent 2nd class and in some case orders of 2 rolls are sent 2nd class royal mail, if you buy 3 or more rolls we will use a 48 hour courier to ship your order all UK shipments have the option of next working day delivery this would be Monday to Friday, if you purchase an item on Friday for next day delivery this will be delivered on Monday (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays do not count as delivery days)
Terms
All purchases require immediate payment. We will ship your items in a timely manner and we will ensure it is packed with care and attention. On receiving the parcel, if there are any problems please contact us via eBay messaging service so that we can work to resolve the issue. In terms of wallpaper, when your order is received, please check that all of the rolls contain the same batch number so they match on the wall. Please also open the rolls and check there are no defects as all rolls come sealed so we are unable to check on our end before dispatch. It is better to check for defects when your order arrives, instead of waiting for the decorator to check so we can resolve this before your decorator arrives to hang the wallpaper and so that you can return within the 30 day time limit.
