Product Details:

This is a high-current DC voltage stabilizing circuit, using Xinyen high-power rectifier bridge, LM317 and TL431 as the voltage reference, with Toshiba high-current tube A1943 as the output transistor, and CLC filter decoupling circuit. It features good output linearity under high current, stable voltage, wider bandwidth than LT1083CP, and excellent cost performance.
By replacing the trimming potentiometer, it can be used for 3.3V-36V power output, which is very suitable for notebook power supply, NAS hard disk box and other linear power upgrades.
When the load current is less than 1A, the rectifier bridge and output tube on the board can be installed with a small radiator on the board. When the load current needs to exceed 1A, the rectifier bridge and output tube need to be installed with large heat sinks. It is recommended that they can be fixed at the bottom of the chassis for heat dissipation. Remember to add thermal silica and insulating sheets.

Input voltage requirements:

Generally, the voltage difference after rectification of the input voltage should be 4~6V higher than the output voltage.

[Calculation formula: input AC*1.414-output DC= 4-6V]

The relationship between the output DC voltage and the secondary AC voltage of the transformer is as follows:

Output: when 5VDC, the transformer selects 9VAC
Output: when 9VDC, the transformer selects 12VAC
Output: when 12VDC, the transformer selects 15VAC
Output: when 15VDC, the transformer selects 18VAC
Output: when 18VDC, the transformer chooses 20VAC
Output: when 24VDC, the transformer selects 25VAC
Output: when 30VDC, the transformer selects 30VAC
Output: when 36VDC, the transformer selects 35VAC

Specifications:

Dimensions: 100mm*70mm*1.6mm (the center of the fixed holes around the board is 5mm from the edge of the board)

PCB process: FR4 military grade, 1OZ copper.

Nichicon and wima capacitor

Precautions:

Due to consideration that customers may need to be fixed on the chassis bottom to dissipate heat, neither the kit nor the finished board is equipped with a radiator.

The component parameters of the kit and the finished board are the configuration of output DC12V. The potentiometer is used with 20K VR, and the corresponding adjustable output voltage range is DC 3.2V~15V. If you need to output a higher voltage, you need to adjust the board. For filter electrolysis withstand voltage and fine-tuning potentiometer parameters, please consult customer service for details.
