Very good vintage condition! Rare Alistair Cowin dress. Made in London. A-line skirt with faux shirt and vest top. Buttons do open. One small hole in trim. Fade spot on black fabric on one cuff. armpits show a little wear. Original metal GB zipper, made in Sweden. I had to add a few stitches to the zipper to make it work properly. There are no material tags but it feels like a wool blend. Vintage size 10 (or maybe junior size). Fits modern extra small.
