Material:

The edible silver leaf is made of 24-karat silver that passes through the human digestive system without being absorbed into the body.  These sheets are tiny as they are made of 24K silver and real silver leaf sheet is made of 100% silver, it needs to be carefully picked up with tweezers.

Note:

·        These leaves are always very sensitive and extremely ultra-thin although we are using special packaging yet it may be slightly damaged during the handling process or maybe the top left back is slightly dark.

·        Silver has no taste, does not tarnish or expire, and does not react inside the body, making it perfectly safe for oral consumption.

·        These are produced with pure 24K silver, these need to be kept in an airtight container/area, if the leaves are left in an open-air area, they may slightly turn black/rusted.

·        If you find the top leaf slightly dark. The front part is always pure silver in color; some leaves back may be a little dark. Still can be used, no harm.

How to apply it to cakes?

We recommend you get a pair of tweezers and food-grade paint brushes and you can use them o savory dishes, cakes, desserts, and chocolates.

As for the cake, we suggest you need 10 sheets 5 x 5cm to decorate an 8” cake.
