This tunic top is from Ashley Stewart, and it is a women's size 16.  The chest measurement is 24 inches, and it is 30" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.  There are no holes, stains, or flaws.  Please ask any questions, and I will ship with tracking as soon as payment is made.  Thank you~
