Up for auction is a vintage round ringing bell type New Year's Eve Party Noisemaker.  Depicted on the surface of the tin metal lithograph, are clocks closing in on midnight, bells and champagne glasses.  I believe that it dates to the 1950's or 1960's.

The noisemaker is in great vintage condition, with no cracks, chips, stains, discoloration, repairs, nor any other damage that I can detect, other then normal wear for its age, which does include some wear and light spotting of rust along part of the bottom edge.  In addition, there are remnants of the original price tag present.
