A fantastic WW2 USN Officers uniform that is named and dated. The sleeve insignias signify a Junior Lieutenant in the Navy Medical Corps. The inside of the jacket is in good condition, being made by “HART SCHAFFNER & MARX”. A tag inside the inner pocket shows a name and date of “C. CROWN”. The pants are also in good condition, unmarked. The visor cap displays leather crazing and scratches, and the gold adjuster is visibly worn. The inside is branded “NAVAL UNIFORM SERVICE”. The cap comes with 2 hat covers, white and black. I believe the 3rd isn’t a cover, but a hospital scrub cap. A great full uniform that would make for good research!
