- We process and ship orders the next day or the same day after purchase every day except Saturdays and Sundays.
    - We ship all products from Harrison, New Jersey using USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our discretion. It takes approximately 3 to 7 (up to 10) business days after shipping to deliver the item within the continental US.
       
        - If requested, we can ship items to the United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Italy, Malta, Turkey and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. Items take approximately 5-14 days to be delivered to the specified countries. For some countries such as Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, it may take an additional 3-5 days to deliver the items.
    - If for 7 days the item has not been received, we will provide you with the Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number at your request and we will also try to help resolve delivery problems.
