Please review both the photos and description to purchase.  For multiple quantities listed together,  photos of only the first unit may be provided.

For product sells as parts and or not working condition, it usually does not function as intended and is not fully operational, it requires service or repair at the buyer’s cost.

Shipment and Custom Clearance:
We will ship your purchase in three working days. The tracking number will be provided.
Most of our international shipments will ship under worldwide express freight, DHL/FedEx/UPS. The duration for Asia countries: 1 to 5 working days, US; UK; and EU countries: 6 to 10 working days.
Normal standard or economy freight duration may take 7 to 30 days to reach. It varies depending on the country, distance, location and infrastructure.
The package arrival time also depends on the political weather conditions, pandemic, custom policy, public holidays, state lockdown, etc.
The shipment will not cover insurance unless requested and at additional cost.
Tax and Custom Clearance:
It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain the approval required by the customs, especially for restricted or require pre-approval products. We are not responsible for products that could not be delivered due to non-compliance with customs from the buyer’s country. The customs rejected product package resulted fail to be delivered will be treated as abandoned goods and will not be eligible for non-delivery refund.
Singapore shipments are subject to 8% Goods & Services Tax (GST).  Overseas shipments (non-Singapore) are subject to the respective country's applicable import tax and or customs duties. The buyer is responsible for the duties or tax.

Return Policy
Return accepted product as stated in the product condition is eligible for 30 Days Dead On Arrival (DOA) if the item is not as we described in the product condition;  dead or cannot power on within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact us to resolve the issue. Prior approval is needed if you require additional time for testing and or inspection. Approval is subject to our discretion.  The refund is up to the item cost, excluding shipping fees and tax. All items received may be required to ship back in their original condition at the buyer's own cost. Dead On Arrival (DOA) is not eligible if the product is not in its original condition.
For a product that was sent incorrectly or damaged during delivery, please provide the following details in your refund request:

Items that are sold “For parts or not working” are not eligible for any returns, exchanges or refunds. This is stated in the product condition.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order fee will be charged if payment has been made.
If the order has been shipped out already, we will process your refund of the item cost once we receive the item back. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any shipping fees associated with the return will not be covered by us.
