It is an Irish 5p coin from the years 1992 to 2000. This is the decimal coin used up until the adoption of the Euro. It is the smaller version of the Irish 5p decimal coin introduced in the 1970's.

The obverse features a bull - facing left, and the reverse features a harp.

It is a circulated, copper-nickel coin, in good condition. It has some shine and luster, but may have some marks/nicks/scratches. These are good coins, but are not graded, and are not perfect coins.
