Production & Shipping
All our products are custom made on-demand. We will start designing right after an order is placed. We do not hold pre-made products in stock.
These are only guides – in some cases production times may be increased during the peak periods throughout the year.
Shipping delays may occur due to the heavy workload of courier companies, your location, time of the year as well as local postal services and are not controlled by OMX Graphics in any way.
Please note – selected shipping method does not affect designing & production times.
We use FedEx for all our shipments. Every order comes with a detailed tracking information.
FedEx Express takes 3-7 workdays worldwide.
Application
Before you start to Install go kart graphics you have to remove old decals. You can use hair dryer or heat gun to warm the old graphics for easy removal. Clean the surface with degreasing agent. You do not want to leave any glue residue from the old graphics, oils or dirt. Your go kart plastics should be warm before applying graphics. We recommend you to keep plastics in a room with temperature more than 15°C / 60 ºF for several hours.
In case of damaged or incorrect item
If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. You may return defective products within 14 days for a full refund or exchange due to an error on our part. In this case we will refund your return postage costs.
To speed up the process, please reply to your order confirmation email directly, describing the issue and attach photos which clearly shows the defective or incorrect product.
Please double check your order form before placing it as your order will be printed with the colour choices, race number, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made.
Please double check your address as we will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the customer to give correct information. No exceptions.
After receiving the product, please make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the fitment is as ordered.
Once you have started to install or use our product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom made products for any other reason than error on our part as all the products are custom made on demand.
Customer is responsible for any returned items until they are received by OMX Graphics.
