The radio supports Dynaudio and Fender sound systems, but to use these features the battery must be disconnected and reconnected after the radio has been installed. 
 

Wired Carplay function:

  • Carplay can realize mobile phone APPS controlled by voice and multi-functional steering wheel buttons; For example, make calls, send and receive short messages, listen to music, and navigation. 
  • The radio doesn't support Android Auto function. If you want Android Auto function, please purchase the radio  RCD360 PROII with Android Auto.
  • If you want to use wireless Carplay, please consider the wireless adapter MKCP101. It is not included in the package.
The radio RCD360 is compatible with PQ35 and PQ46 platform vehicles.
  • Attention:
    The radio is only compatible with cars that were manufactured after 2010. If you have a car manufactured before 2010, please consider purchasing the radio RCD360 PRO2.

  • This radio is used for the car without backup camera.
       -If your car has installed the backup camera, please choose the RCD360 Backup camera actived.
      -If you want to use the OPS or PDC function, please choose the RCD360 PROII .
 
The cars have three different power interfaces, namely PQ quadlock, ISO plug and MQB quadlock. See the diagram below:
  1.If your car is PQ Quadlock, you need the A adapter. It is in the package you received.
  2.If your car is ISO Plug, you need the B adapter. Please buy the Adapter B. 

 

  3.If your car is MQB Quadlock, the radio RCD360 is not compatible with your car. You need buy another radio- RCD360 PRO2.- RCD360 PRO2 RVC or RCD360 PRO2 OPS
 
Leakage problem:
--If your car is produced before 2009 and have a 8 buttons steering wheel, you need to choose the radioRCD360 PRO2 to avoid battery leakage.

-If your car was manufactured before 2010, you may need to purchase a special adapter to solve the battery leakage problems. If you have the problem, we will recommend the appropriate adapter to you.

Attention: For the following car models, we recommend to choose the RCD360 PROII.  

  1.If you want to use OPS function.

  2.If your original car has 8 steering wheel buttons.

  3.If your car is MQB Quadlock.

  4.If you have a car manufactured before 2010.

  5.For the car POLO 6C with MQB Quadlock, please choose the radio special for POLO 6C. 

About Back up camera (RVC): 

    1. For the radio, the backup camera function is deactivated. It doesnot support the backup camera function
 
    2. The VW original backup camera with a RGB or blue rectangular MIB interface, it need an adapter to connect the backup camera. Please contact us for the adater.
 

Radio and Bluetooth

1.AM 530-1600; FM 87.5-108 -AM channels: 531, 540, 549 kHz.... in 9 kHz steps;FM channels: 87.5, 87.6, 87.7, 87.8MHz.... in 0.1MHz per step

2.Supports bluetooth hands-free call, music playback, phone book, incoming and outgoing phone records

SD and USB

1.Memory card requirements 32x2x2.1(mm) MultiMedia Card (MMC), or 32x2x1.4(mm) SDHC. The maximum capacity of the memory card is 32GB.

2. RCD360 supports USB storage devices with FAT32 file format and iPod players .

Balance adjustment

The RCD360 is with the adjustable treble, midrange and bass. You can also adjust the best audio position.

If you need the wireless Carplay,please choose the adapter(not included in the package) and use it with car radio to achieve the wireless Carplay. 

The backup camera function is deactivated.
