    - We ship all products from Harrison, New Jersey, using USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our decision. It takes approximately 3 to 7 (up to 10) business days after shipping to deliver the item within the U.S. continental USA.
   
    - Upon request, we can ship items to UK, EU countries (except Italy, Malta, Turkey and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. Delivery of items to specific countries takes approximately 5-14 days. For some countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea, it may take an additional 3 to 5 days to deliver items.
    - If the item has not been received for 7 days, at your request we will provide you with the Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number and also try to help resolve delivery issues.
